He stated that as Iran’s most important commercial port, Shahid Rajaee is fully prepared to facilitate the flow of goods to neighboring countries by leveraging its superior infrastructure.
Abbaspour added that given the strategic importance of the North-South International Corridor, Shahid Rajaee Port can serve as the main logistical arm of this transit route. He pointed out that the presence of high-level Kazakh economic delegations at the port and their inspection of existing capacities demonstrate the serious intent of both sides to expand trade exchanges and utilize this transit path.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties emphasized the importance of continuously following up on agreements and expanding trade exchanges through southern ports, particularly those in Hormozgan Province, as a key principle for future cooperation.
