NEW YORK (AP) _ Saratoga Investment Corp. (SAR) on Wednesday reported fiscal fourth-quarter profit of $9.3 million.

The New York-based company said it had net income of 83 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for investment gains, were 52 cents per share.

The business development company posted revenue of $16.2 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $14.8 million, or $1.32 per share. Revenue was reported as $57.7 million.

Saratoga Investment shares have climbed 23% since the beginning of the year.
