JASPER, Ind. (AP) _ Kimball Electronics Inc. (KE) on Wednesday reported fiscal third-quarter profit of $10.5 million.

The Jasper, Indiana-based company said it had net income of 41 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to 39 cents per share.

The electronics manufacturing services company posted revenue of $310.3 million in the period.

Kimball Electronics shares have risen 44% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $22.99, a climb of 86% in the last 12 months.
