CHICAGO (AP) _ Equity Commonwealth (EQC) on Tuesday reported a first-quarter loss of $10 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Chicago-based company said it had a loss of 10 cents.
The office building real estate investment trust posted revenue of $14.9 million in the period.
Equity Commonwealth shares have climbed 6% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $28.95, a fall of 15% in the last 12 months.
