MALVERN, Pa. (AP) _ Neuronetics Inc. (STIM) on Tuesday reported a loss of $7.9 million in its first quarter.

The Malvern, Pennsylvania-based company said it had a loss of 31 cents per share.

The medical device company focused on psychiatric disorders posted revenue of $12.3 million in the period.

Neuronetics shares have declined almost 9% since the beginning of the year. The stock has more than quadrupled in the last 12 months.
