TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) _ Hallador Energy Co. (HNRG) on Monday reported a loss of $1 million in its first quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Terre Haute, Indiana-based company said it had a loss of 3 cents.
The coal, oil and gas producer posted revenue of $46.7 million in the period.
In the final minutes of trading on Monday, the company’s shares hit $2.25. A year ago, they were trading at 79 cents.
