SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) _ Super Micro Computer Inc. (SMCI) on Tuesday reported fiscal third-quarter net income of $18.4 million.

The San Jose, California-based company said it had net income of 35 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 50 cents per share.

The server technology company posted revenue of $895.9 million in the period.

For the current quarter ending in June, Super Micro expects its per-share earnings to range from 70 cents to 90 cents.

The company said it expects revenue in the range of $980 million to $1.08 billion for the fiscal fourth quarter.

Super Micro shares have climbed 16% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $36.58, an increase of 64% in the last 12 months.
